Product returns and refunds
If you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged upon receipt, contact Meniere's Australia within 5 days of receipt. No return will be authorised after 5 days.
Refunds will be applied only after the item has been received by Meniere's Australia, inspected and compared to the original order.
Meniere's Australia is not responsible for lost mail. Postage and handling charges cannot be refunded.
