MSGV meetings

The Ménière’s Support Group of Victoria holds quarterly information afternoons in the Melbourne metropolitan area. Country regions (see below) also hold meetings at various times.

We invite guest speakers to share their knowledge and suggest strategies for coping with Ménière’s. Speakers are usually from the medical profession or a health related field. Past meetings have covered topics such as:

• Visiting an ENT specialist - latest in Ménière’s diagnosis and treatment
• Ménière’s and mindfulness
• Exercise for balance
• What’s OK - medication reassurance

Member meetings provide a great opportunity to learn more about Ménière’s while getting to know others who have first-hand experience of living with the condition.

• Gippsland (Traralgon)
• Geelong
• Horsham
