Meniere's Australia Meetings

MA arranges meetings across Australia.

We invite guest speakers to share their knowledge and suggest strategies for coping with Meniere's. Speakers are usually from the medical profession or a health related field. Past meetings have covered topics such as:

• Meniere's and mindfulness
• Exercise for balance
• What’s OK - medication reassurance

Member meetings provide a great opportunity to learn more about Meniere's while getting to know others who have first-hand experience of living with the condition.
